Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for baking, but did not consider it a career path.  After some self-reflection, I decided to follow my dreams and pursue baking as a career.  As a self-taught baker, I wanted to gain professional training and expand my knowledge in the pastry field.  I attended and graduated from the French Pastry School in Chicago, Illinois.  There, I studied under world renown chefs such as: Jacquy Pfeiffer, Sebastein, M.O.F,. John Kraus, Joel Reno, and Patrice Caillot, to name a few. 

Each day I learn something new and I hope my love for baking is shown through my work.
